Prohibited matter
If any of the following violations are observed at Aqua World Ibaraki Oarai Aquarium, we may prohibit entry and ask you to leave. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
(1) Do not damage or destroy exhibits, structures or equipment.
(2) Without permission from the Director, no one shall solicit donations, sell items, distribute advertising materials, display signs or engage in any other similar activities.
(3) Not to occupy land, buildings, structures, etc. without permission from the Director.
(4) Smoking, eating and drinking are prohibited in all areas except those designated by the Director.
(5) Alcoholic beverages and musical instruments are not permitted to be brought into the premises without permission from the director.
(6) Not to capture or harm animals.
(7) Do not dispose of garbage or waste in any place other than the designated areas.
(8) Do not enter restricted areas.
(9) Not to drive or park vehicles in any place other than designated places.
(10) Do not engage in any conduct that harms or inconveniences others.
(11) Any other matters instructed by the Director General in addition to those listed in the preceding paragraphs.
