A diverse "new world of food" to enjoy at the new food court.

Aqua World Ibaraki Oarai Aquarium is renovating its free zone food court area and will open a new food court in March 2027 with the concept of "Let's go out to the Pacific Ocean." A new relaxing space will be born next spring, offering excitement and comfort to all visitors.

With this renovation, the food court, which has offered a diverse range of food options in a homey atmosphere since its opening in 2002, will be reborn as a relaxing space that will bring excitement and comfort to all visitors, not only before or after enjoying encounters with the creatures at the aquarium.

In the new food court, based on the concept of "Let's go out to the Pacific Ocean," the panoramic view of the Pacific Ocean is brought into the space, allowing you to walk, sit, and relax while feeling as if you've embarked on a grand adventure as if you've jumped into the sea, and enjoy a diverse "new world of the ocean through food."
