For tickets used on July 7th, we will handle them as follows:

■ Regarding revisiting with paper tickets purchased on the day

You can use the paper ticket purchased on the day of July 7th to enter the museum again. We apologize for the inconvenience, but if you visit again, please bring the actual paper ticket to the entrance.

*Returning guests will receive a small gift.

■Refunds for paper tickets purchased on the day

Refunds will be accepted until Wednesday, December 31, 2025. We hope that ticket holders will be able to return to the museum.
