For the second year in a row, a baby bottlenose dolphin was born again this year
A baby bottlenose dolphin was born on April 2025, 4!
This marks the second year in a row that our facility has successfully bred a baby, following last year's success. This time, the mother dolphin's body temperature began to drop the morning before the birth, so we began 24-hour observation. The water broke around 6 p.m. on April 29, the baby's tail began to emerge, and it was safely born at 8 p.m. The mother and baby immediately began swimming together, and we were able to confirm that the baby was successfully nursing after that. The baby is still swimming happily with its mother in the pool.

*Currently, the animals are being kept in the back yard, and it has not yet been decided whether they will be available to customers. We will make a decision in the future, observing the condition of the parent and child.
